Philip has worked in banking and microfinance for more than 30 years, and has been CEO of UK SME challenger bank Civilised (now Allica) and also My Community Bank (a UK-wide digital retail bank). Philip began his international career in retail banking with HSBC. He contributed to the establishment of Triodos Bank and was also CEO of Accès Banque Madagascar.
Founder & CEO
Held various roles in executive management in financial services within Credit Suisse and Zurich Financial Services. COO of the London office of the first bank in the world to offer crypto products to clients - Falcon Private Bank. Prior experience in successfully setting up a regulated UK bank within Credit Suisse.
Tim has over 25 years experience of risk management, holding senior managerial positions in investment banking, energy trading, payment services and broking. He has helped build an investment bank, integrated the risk functions and managed the risks associated with a number of mergers & acquisitions. Tim has a degree in Chemical Physics, an MBA (majoring on the SME sector) and is qualified and experienced in marketing (DipM, MCIM)
Chief of Staff
An Experienced COO, CAO, Head of Operations and Enterprise Program Manager. Iain has held executive and management positions leading strategic activities and coordinating critical issues in financial institutions based around the world including NCB Capital, Lehman Brothers, CIBC and Goldman Sachs. Iain is a Fellow of The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
Client Operations Director
Glenn has spent over 20 years in the wealth management and trading sector servicing the requirements of high net worth clients. His career spans periods at institutions such as Barclays Wealth, Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, Lehman Brothers, Oppenheimer and Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. Glenn is FCA CF30 registered, CISI PCIAM Level 6 qualified and is also FINRA registered in the United States.
Chief Information Security Officer
James is experienced in the technology space having a 24-year history working specifically within infrastructure architecture and security. James has worked as a consultant for banks of various sizes with specific focus on banks which often require rearchitecting to transform their legacy infrastructure into highly resilient, modern, efficient and secure environment ensuring they meet current standards whilst using the latest technologies.
Marketing & Community Manager
Suzanne brings over 16 years of marketing management, digital marketing, loyalty and partnerships experience across a variety of sectors including financial and education both client-side and agency. Suzanne has experience of designing strategies to generate leads in multi-million pound companies such as GL Assessment, Global University Systems and the Collinson Group. She has a long track record of delivering SMART goals, executing integrated digital marketing campaigns as well as broadcast media and print campaigns to drive high response rates.
Financial Services Administrator
Linda is a highly experienced Financial Services Administrator. Having worked in various roles within the wealth management and banking sectors for over twelve years, including with the first bank in the world to offer crypto products to clients, she has a passion for client satisfaction and a strong focus on relationship building and regulatory requirements. She holds a Level 4 IAD qualification.
Bruce began his City career at another famous merchant bank, SG Warburg & Co, in 1982 at the height of Paul Volcker’s fight to bring inflation down, so his career has truly spanned the full cycle. As a bond trader for many years specialising in Emerging Markets and later as an Investment Manager, he has a strong all-round knowledge of markets and asset classes.
Martina is a highly experienced Personal Assistant having worked in multiple industries over the past 30 years, providing an efficient and helpful service at Executive level. Martina works effectively on her own initiative, though equally takes a supportive and collaborative approach. A trusted corporate citizen, that understands how to prioritise in a complex international business environment with competing priorities and stakeholders.
Heather has over 25 years of experience in the financial services Treasury function, at a diverse number of top tier banks such as Credit Suisse (head of EMEA Treasury Oversight), Barclays, Deutsche Bank, Nomura International and ICBC Standard Bank. Heather, as Treasurer, led the implementation of the treasury function at a small private bank. Additionally, Heather was a senior specialist contractor at Grant Thornton Business Risk Services, as a treasury SME, where she performed assurance work at a top 5 US financial institution as well as challenger banks.
Digital Asset Sales
Robert brings over 25 years of capital markets experience in trading and sales of financial instruments across asset classes having worked for leading investment banks and brokerages globally. Robert's clients benefit from his expertise in financial analysis and market risk management coupled to his mediation and negotiation skills. He holds a BSc in Philosophy and Mathematics.
Research and Administration intern
Aemiro is a Fintech postgrad at Imperial College Business School who previously studied Geology at Imperial College London. He has been involved in the blockchain space for over 3 years and has experience with various programming languages including R, Python and Solidity.
Digital Asset Sales - Analyst
Lloyd brings over 7 years of financial industry experience, having worked in a brokerage in the commodities sales space. He brings experience of performing within a fast paced and highly regulated industry. This coupled with his strong work ethic and attention to detail ensures client satisfaction. He holds a BSc in Economics.
Veronica Glover Clarke
Human Resources Manager
Veronica has been supporting businesses with their HR challenges for over 20 years, holding strategic, managerial and operational positions with small and established financial and commercial businesses. Having developed her career in the UK, and venturing in USA and Spain, she moved to Gibraltar in 2011. Veronica is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.
Yang is a technically strong and commercial minded professional accountant with great experience in accounting, financial and regulatory reporting, financial control, auditing and taxation. He is member of both ACCA and ICAEW, he is also a Chartered Tax Adviser and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation. Most recently, he was associate director in Finance and Accounting of the London branch of a Swiss private bank.
Technical Business Analyst
Jarod has worked within the IT industry in both the banking and financial sectors. With experience in building banks and regulatory projects, he brings a variety of skills and knowledge in both Business Analysis and Project Management. Aligning business and technology allows him to drive and deliver projects from concept to the final product.
Samantha has worked in Accounting for over 20 years, starting out in property accounting as a Service Charge Accountant and leading to Client Accounting where she gained her management expertise.Her skills include Payroll, VAT, Corporation Tax, Accounts preparation, Bank Reconciliation, Credit Control, Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger and the migration of data from numerous systems.
Gauri brings her understanding of risk management to provide assistance and shape policies regarding the different areas of risk that banks face. Using her knowledge of market trends, she provides support to the Risk department to enable the process of risk taking within an organisation. Gauri has a degree in Mechanical Engineering, a MSc in Project Management, Finance and Risk and is PRINCE2 qualified.
Junior Business Analyst
Harry is an experienced Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the Banking & FinTech industry within Global Payment Transformation Programmes for over 7 years. Skilled in Data Management, Governance, IT, PMO and Business Analysis, he can bring a wealth of knowledge to the projects at Greengage. Harry has gained his experience through a Level 4 Higher Apprenticeship in Project Management where he was awarded a Project Practitioner Qualification (APMPQ) from the Association for Project Management.
