Greengage launches its first App – Greengage CTPS/TPS Phone Number Screening Tool for Salesforce

Greengage, a digital finance pioneer, that provides a platform of relationship-based e-money account services to entrepreneurs, SMEs, family offices and digital asset firms to the highest ethical, secure and compliance standards, has developed and launched the first of a growing suite of innovative apps, the Greengage CTPS/TPS Phone Number Screening App for Salesforce (Greengage CTPS).

Greengage CTPS supports financial markets participants’ enterprise and risk management, compliance, HR and customer support activities. In particular, Greengage CTPS benefits from a long-standing (since 2011) and effective partnership with Salesforce.com that assures product quality and performance excellence for Salesforce users.

So, what is Greengage CTPS?

It is a unique CTPS/TPS screening application, available exclusively on the Salesforce AppExchange. Compatible with standard and custom objects in Salesforce, Greengage CTPS assures GDPR and PECR data compliance for all contacts maintained in Salesforce, screening contact information automatically against the UK Telephone Preference Service (TPS) and the Corporate Telephone Preference Service (CTPS) and providing instant feedback on which numbers are ‘safe’ to call.

Key Features:

  • Screen against UK CTPS and TPS databases to assist with PECR and GDPR compliance.
  • Instant feedback on whether a number is safe to call
  • Quickly identifies contacts that have given explicit consent
  • Automatically screens numbers as/when records accessed
  • On demand and bulk screening service flexibility

Fast and easy to implement, with flexible ‘on demand’ and/or ‘bulk screening’ service delivery options, Greengage CTPS enables comprehensive GDPR reporting, instantly identifying contacts that have given explicit GDPR consent to be contacted (and by definition, those that have not).

Users have complete flexibility to determine where the CTPS Checker ‘Lightning Component’ should appear within Salesforce and can choose which contact details to screen. View our 4 page deck on the Salesforce Appexchange which shows how to use the CTPS ‘Lightening Component’ within Salesforce.

Once installed, users can screen on a per contact basis, opening an individual record and viewing the CTPS lightning web component, or by running a ‘batch process’ report to screen multiple contacts in a particular target list.

In the case of individual contact records, users will be able to identify immediately whether a particular number is listed on either or both TPS/CTPS registers, and should NOT be called without explicit consent, or not listed on either register, and therefore safe to call.

Users have the further option of confirming that a particular contact has given explicit consent; the CTPS Checker component includes an Explicit Consent override – ticking the ‘Explicit consent’ box will override the component enabling you to call the contact. Users can ‘toggle’ this override switch for any particular record (subject to defined user permissions). See figure below.

Greengage is committed to building on its solid reputation as a leading consultancy as well as an app provider to the financial services industry to develop solutions that deliver real-time efficiencies and the highest levels of customer experience.

The Greengage CTPS/TPS Phone Number Screening App for Salesforce is highly cost effective, quick and easy to configure, and ensures customer-facing teams remain compliant with all GDPR and associated regulatory obligations.

A monthly subscription is required to use the Greengage CTPS/TPS Phone Number Screening App service. It costs £80 per month per organisation. For more information, please contact salesforce@greenagage.co and/or go to the Salesforce Appexchange to download a subscription.
