About our terms

This Agreement is made up of four Sections:

Section 1 – The Terms of Service which are between you and Greengage Global Holding Ltd.

Section 2 – The Client Terms of Business and Terms and Conditions which are between you and Modulr.

• (i) Modulr Terms of Business (UK Client)
• (ii) Modulr Terms of Business (European Client)

Section 3 – The Card Obligations which are between you and Modulr.

• (i) Modulr Card Obligations (UK Client)
• (ii) Modulr Card Obligations (European Client)

Section 4 – The Fee Payment Schedule which are the fees the Client agrees to pay as noted in the Introduced Client Application Form
